Chef and Owner Brian Lewis of Full House Hospitality Group proudly introduces BANA – a new seasonal and elevated pop-up dining experience. Each menu draws inspiration from global gastronomic traditions and cultural richness, promising an exhilarating exploration of flavors. Across Fairfield and Westchester counties, BANA will emerge in distinctive locations, guiding guests on a culinary journey through various destinations. From the tranquil shores of New England to the vibrant streets of Japan for the inaugural event, each one will unveil a fresh concept, inviting diners to immerse themselves in an unforgettable experience. Chef Lewis’ intimate pop-ups will pay homage to his insatiable passion for exploring diverse cuisines and cultures worldwide, offering a delightful escape to new adventures.

Please join Chef Brian Lewis and Director of Operations, Ralph Leon, on a culinary voyage celebrating the treasures and techniques of both the New England and Japanese coastlines.

7 PM: Welcome cocktail & hors d’oeuvres in the garden | 8 PM: Intimate seated dinner in the barn

The chef’s tasting menu will showcase fish, shellfish, and vegetables sourced from the New England coastline and local farms. Please notify us of any food allergies in advance. Due to the unique nature of this event, menu substitutions will not be available.

Attire: Farmhouse summer chic (comfortable shoes recommended for the garden tour). The event will proceed rain or shine. Street parking is available adjacent to the farm.

Reservations can be made by calling 203-609-2437. Tickets are priced at $200 per person or $275 per person with a special sake and wine pairing, inclusive of sales tax and a 22% service fee. 

Tickets are nonrefundable and require full payment upon reservation due to limited space availability. In the event of a cancellation (given with more than 48 hours' advanced notice), a full credit will be offered towards a future BANA event or redeemable at The Cottage or OKO restaurants.

25% of all ticket proceeds will directly support Chef Brian Lewis’ Family Meal Foundation.
