Our Story

Since its formation in 2015, Full House Hospitality Group has created highly inspired, creative and successful restaurants in the world of food and wine. Founded by two-time James Beard nominated Chef Brian Lewis, Full House Hospitality Group owns and manages the award-winning restaurants, The Cottage and OKO, with current locations in Westport and Greenwich CT. as well as Rye, N.Y.

Full House Hospitality Group is built on a foundation of creating restaurants with world class cuisine, small-town charm and gracious hospitality. The success of our restaurant company relies upon our most valuable resources; our relationships with our guests, local farmers, vendors, our community and our team.

Our passionate and dedicated staff throughout all of our restaurants continues to shape and define our culture and helps to write our story. In addition to its full-service restaurants, Full House Hospitality Group also engages with our ever-broadening vision in the hospitality industry, offering professional Chef consulting and advice on the operations to other food- and hospitality-related businesses. These services range from; food and beverage concept development, restaurant and kitchen design and dining room service consultation. 

Chef Brian Lewis’ Private Chef cooking engagements and curated home cooking class events offer limitless possibilities for home entertaining, team building events and are always excellent for gift giving ideas.
