Chef Brian Lewis and his team provide a world-class, fully customized dining and entertaining experience for you and your guests to enjoy at your personal residence or favorite off site location.

Chef Brian Lewis’ celebrated cuisine is rooted in tradition and inspired by the seasons, with an emphasis on working with artisans and local farms in the region, drawing inspiration from culinary traditions and cultures throughout the globe. Our attention to detail is uncompromised in all areas; from venue selection, event design, guest services, wine and cocktail service and, of course, our custom menus designed to fulfill our guest’s specific needs and wishes. Our events range in size and location from our intimate Chef’s tasting menu to an elegant party and celebration for up to 300 guests.

Chef Brian Lewis will meet with you and assist you in creating a customized menu for your event, choosing “some of your favorite things” for the perfect menu, whether it be lunch, dinner, cocktails, picnics, beach barbecues, our signature OKO-KASE brand, a spin on the Japanese omakase, or something completely unique. The menu will be curated to fit all your needs, preferences and style of event.
